Requirements

  • Strong background in event logistics, vendor coordination, and end-to-end execution of marketing programs.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail with a disciplined execution mindset and commitment to operational excellence.
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing tools for lead management and data tracking is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end execution of partner marketing events, including logistics such as booth setup, vendor coordination, shipping, inventory management, and onsite support.
  • Manage event readiness processes by maintaining timelines, checklists, and execution plans.
  • Oversee post-event operations including lead list collection, CRM data entry, lead routing, and accurate data flow.
  • Coordinate execution of partner marketing programs, including co-branded assets, toolkits, marketplace initiatives, and content updates.
  • Support partner growth and account maintenance initiatives such as direct mail campaigns and ongoing marketing requests.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with demand generation, product marketing, and strategic partner teams.
  • Manage intake, tracking, and prioritization of partner marketing requests.
