Responsibilities

  • Plan, structure, execute, and optimize paid traffic campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other performance channels.
  • Analyze performance metrics and transform data into actionable insights and strategic decisions to improve campaign results.
  • Develop and manage A/B testing routines, optimizing creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to maximize performance.
  • Monitor campaign performance closely, ensuring clarity in reporting and continuous improvement of key KPIs.
  • Collaborate with creative, design, and strategy teams to ensure alignment across the entire customer journey.
  • Identify new opportunities for scaling campaigns and improving acquisition efficiency.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and client growth strategies.
