Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in paid traffic management or performance marketing.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with strong ability to interpret data and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills, with clear, structured, and objective writing ability.
  • High attention to detail, focus, and organizational discipline.
  • Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work in a structured, results-driven, and high-performance environment.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, and lead quality.
  • Conduct continuous A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and campaign structures to improve performance.
  • Manage client communication on a daily strategic level, ensuring clarity and alignment on results.
  • Present performance reports and insights in structured bi-weekly meetings with clients.
  • Organize and manage campaign workflows and tasks using ClickUp or similar tools.
  • Collaborate with strategy, sales, and creative teams to align campaigns with business goals.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for optimization and performance improvement.
  • Ensure overall account health and campaign efficiency across all managed accounts.
