Requirements
- At least 3–4 years of professional experience
- Prior experience in a customer support or client success-style role
- Familiarity with survey research, polling, or public opinion work
- Ability to interpret crosstabs, toplines, and basic survey data
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Experience working in fast-paced environments
- Interest in and passion for progressive politics
- Solutions-oriented with strong attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Serving as first point of contact and advocate for clients using our polling products
- Proactively identifying and pitching relevant use cases and features to clients
- Partnering with internal teams to solve challenges in tool deployment
- Onboarding new client users through walkthroughs and training sessions
- Writing and maintaining product documentation, user guides, and FAQs
- Tracking client feedback and feature requests to inform the product roadmap
- Providing product feedback to engineers to improve UI/UX
