Requirements

  • At least 3–4 years of professional experience
  • Prior experience in a customer support or client success-style role
  • Familiarity with survey research, polling, or public opinion work
  • Ability to interpret crosstabs, toplines, and basic survey data
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments
  • Interest in and passion for progressive politics
  • Solutions-oriented with strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Serving as first point of contact and advocate for clients using our polling products
  • Proactively identifying and pitching relevant use cases and features to clients
  • Partnering with internal teams to solve challenges in tool deployment
  • Onboarding new client users through walkthroughs and training sessions
  • Writing and maintaining product documentation, user guides, and FAQs
  • Tracking client feedback and feature requests to inform the product roadmap
  • Providing product feedback to engineers to improve UI/UX
