- Ability to manage 30–60 concurrent client relationships
- Experience with CRM platforms and project management tools
Responsibilities
- Primary point of contact for 30–60 assigned accounts
- Manage dedicated Slack channels with a 2-hour response time
- Conduct onboarding, launch, and weekly/bi-weekly check-in calls
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and lead flow
- Coordinate with media buyers and tech team on strategy and integrations
- Identify upsell and account expansion opportunities
- Perform sentiment analysis to identify and save at-risk accounts
- Maintain task organization and client data in ClickUp
