  • Proven track record of 90%+ client retention and account growth
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into insights
  • Proactive problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage 30–60 concurrent client relationships
  • Experience with CRM platforms and project management tools

Responsibilities

  • Primary point of contact for 30–60 assigned accounts
  • Manage dedicated Slack channels with a 2-hour response time
  • Conduct onboarding, launch, and weekly/bi-weekly check-in calls
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and lead flow
  • Coordinate with media buyers and tech team on strategy and integrations
  • Identify upsell and account expansion opportunities
  • Perform sentiment analysis to identify and save at-risk accounts
  • Maintain task organization and client data in ClickUp
