5+ years of experience as an owner of Data or Analytics Products.
7+ years working in or directly with Data Engineering, Data Platform, or Analytics teams.
Deep familiarity with data warehousing (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery), data lakes, and ELT patterns.
Experience with modeling frameworks like dbt and metrics/semantic layers.
Strong SQL proficiency for validating requirements and debugging.
Experience with BI tools such as Sigma, Tableau, or Looker.
Experience partnering with Data Science and ML Engineering teams.
Proven ability to build and execute multi-quarter product plans in Agile environments.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted analytics or natural-language query tools.

Lead Enterprise Data Platform product strategy in partnership with Engineering.
Identify and quantify platform value by partnering with senior stakeholders.
Own and evolve a multi-quarter Data Platform roadmap.
Enable ML and Data Science on the platform by supporting model development needs.
Turn cross-functional needs into reusable platform capabilities and guardrails.
Translate platform needs into clear technical requirements, SLAs, and SLOs.
Drive cross-workstream execution for platform initiatives like Enterprise Data Hub.
Deliver, measure, and iterate on platform capabilities through the full lifecycle.
Increase adoption and track outcomes for platform usage and ROI.
