Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an owner of Data or Analytics Products.
- 7+ years working in or with Data Engineering, Data Platform, or Analytics teams.
- Experience in complex, multi-system environments.
- Deep familiarity with data warehousing (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery) and data lakes.
- Proficiency with ELT patterns, dbt, and metrics/semantic layers.
- Strong SQL proficiency for data exploration and validation.
- Experience with BI tools like Sigma, Tableau, or Looker.
- Experience supporting ML/DS use cases on a shared platform.
- Proven ability to build multi-quarter product plans in an Agile environment.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted analytics tools like Hex or Snowflake Cortex.
Responsibilities
- Lead Enterprise Data Platform product strategy and vision.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify platform value and prioritize capabilities.
- Own and evolve a multi-quarter product roadmap.
- Enable ML and data science workloads on the platform.
- Translate complex needs into technical requirements, SLAs, and SLOs.
- Drive execution of platform initiatives and migrations.
- Measure platform adoption, ROI, and success metrics.
- Act as technical expert for internal data and analytics teams.
