Requirements
- 6-8+ years of product management experience in healthcare data, integration platforms, or clinical data operations.
- Deep working knowledge of healthcare data including claims, pharmacy, labs, enrollment, provider networks, and medical records.
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers on data delivery, quality, and technical coordination.
- Experience in health-tech involving payer, provider, or value-based care data operations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent integration efforts.
- Experience building scalable infrastructure using patterns and systems.
- Experience using AI to investigate, validate, and scale data operations.
- Ability to drive a roadmap with limited direction.
Responsibilities
- Ensure customer data completeness and reliability across all markets.
- Manage direct enterprise customer relationships for data delivery and technical coordination.
- Build scalable integration infrastructure, playbooks, and monitoring frameworks.
- Manage multiple concurrent integration efforts across a growing customer portfolio.
- Work closely with data management, engineering, and clinical teams to optimize data utility.
- Leverage AI to accelerate data investigation, validation, and quality issue triaging.
