Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in an analytics-focused data role
- Highly fluent in SQL and dbt
- Experience with modern data warehouses like BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift
- Experience building dashboards with BI tools like Hex, Looker, Mode, Tableau, or Metabase
- Strong business intuition and analytical skills
- Knowledge of engineering best practices: version control, CI/CD, and testing
- Effective communication skills for translating analysis to stakeholders
- Proactive bias for action and autonomy
- Experience integrating AI/agents into daily workflows
Responsibilities
- Define, build, and visualize core product and business metrics
- Design and analyze A/B experiments to measure the impact of product changes
- Adapt data models to support new product features, pricing models, and business initiatives
- Partner with GTM teams to surface product-qualified leads and measure engagement
- Build and maintain canonical data models and production ETL/reverse-ETL pipelines
- Develop AI agents to automate data team workflows
- Establish data quality monitoring and self-serve analytics tooling
- Conduct deep ad-hoc analysis to uncover growth opportunities
