Requirements
- 4-7 years of professional software engineering experience
- Proficiency with Node.js, TypeScript, and Python
- Strong understanding of system design, distributed systems, and reliability/performance tradeoffs
- Experience in API design, implementation, and documentation
- Experience with CI/CD systems and DevOps practices
- Experience using AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude)
- Proficiency with version control (Git)
- Experience working on projects touching many parts of a large codebase
- Ability to work in a self-directed environment
- Experience in a scaling startup environment
