Responsibilities
- Define and communicate a clear technical vision and best practices in architecture.
- Act as final authority in critical design and delivery decisions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to CIOs, CTOs, and senior stakeholders.
- Lead discovery workshops and develop tailored solution proposals.
- Oversee technical execution, project health, and scalability.
- Work with resourcing teams to manage staffing and mentorship.
- Manage project burn-down, resource optimization, and financial accountability.
- Contribute to industry thought leadership and open-source projects.
