Requirements
- Proven experience managing enterprise technology accounts and delivering large-scale cloud or digital transformation programs.
- Strong knowledge of major cloud platforms including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
- Solid understanding of cloud financial management, operational governance, and modernization strategies.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in client-facing technology, consulting, account management, or cloud delivery leadership roles.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder environments.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Experience identifying business opportunities, building commercial cases, negotiating scope, and driving account growth.
- Familiarity with governance and compliance frameworks such as Cyber Essentials Plus, ISMS, and ITIL.
- Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Awareness of emerging cloud, AI, and cybersecurity trends and their impact on enterprise technology strategies.
- Public sector or consulting experience is considered advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage strategic client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for cloud transformation and long-term technology planning initiatives.
- Translate client business objectives into scalable, cloud-aligned technology strategies and delivery roadmaps.
- Oversee delivery activities across cloud architecture, migration, modernization, managed services, and digital transformation programs.
- Collaborate with technical, operational, and commercial teams to ensure solutions are secure, cost-effective, scalable, and aligned with business goals.
- Identify opportunities for service expansion, account growth, and multi-year technology initiatives.
- Provide strategic guidance on cloud optimization, operational efficiency, security governance, and emerging technology trends.
- Manage delivery governance processes including escalations, risks, stakeholder communication, compliance oversight, and service performance reviews.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level business reviews, KPI reporting, financial updates, incident summaries, and strategic account presentations.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent service quality and successful project execution.
- Support governance and compliance initiatives related to security standards, vulnerability management, penetration testing, and ISMS frameworks.
