Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent applicable experience.
- 5+ years in a SaaS Account Executive role.
- Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM.
- Proficient computer skills (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel 60% or more within the territory.
- Strong understanding of drones, cloud, and virtualization technology.
- Experience in end-to-end sales processes (prospecting, discovery, objection handling, closing).
- Ability to work in an entrepreneurial fashion.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep technical understanding of Axon’s Air products and technology offerings.
- Partner with the broader Axon sales team as a functional expert to sell Air as a specific offering.
- Leverage tools like Google alerts and RFP requests to generate leads.
- Develop contact networks and build relationships with senior public safety leaders.
- Develop and execute account strategy with team members.
- Make forecast predictions and provide feedback to marketing.
- Track customer activity in Salesforce to execute on account strategy.
