Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent applicable experience.
  • 5+ years in a SaaS Account Executive role.
  • Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience.
  • Highly proficient computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
  • Prominent organization and presentation skills.
  • Willing to travel 60% or more within territory.
  • Strong understanding of drones, cloud and virtualization technology.
  • Proven ability to strategically approach and win accounts.
  • Experience in consultative sales processes.
  • End to end sales process experience including prospecting, discovery, objection handling, and closing.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep technical understanding of Axon’s Air products and technology offerings.
  • Partner with the broader Axon sales team as a functional expert on the Air program.
  • Generate leads using Google alerts, RFP requests, and other sources.
  • Develop contact networks and manage relationships within assigned accounts.
  • Develop and execute account strategy to deliver impactful value propositions.
  • Make forecast predictions and update management on account status.
  • Collect intelligence on competitor activity and provide marketing feedback.
  • Track customer activity in Salesforce.
