Requirements
- 3+ years of work experience in Health insurance
- 2+ years of experience with end-to-end project management
- 2+ years of experience designing and improving workflows
- A bachelor's degree or 3+ years commensurate experience
- Proficiency with data software such as Excel, SQL, or Python (bonus)
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher (bonus)
Responsibilities
- Leads the end-to-end management of cross-functional implementations/projects
- Evaluate overall departmental performance by creating, gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
- Collaboratively works with stakeholder groups to create proactive implementation and program strategies
- Mentor team members and promotes colleagues' growth and professional development
- Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
