Requirements

- Proven track record of defining project plans and managing implementation
- Experience coordinating resources and developing processes
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements (preferred)
- Master's Degree (preferred)
- PMP or Program Management Certifications (preferred)
- Lean/Six Sigma Certifications (preferred)
- Healthcare industry experience (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end management of cross-functional implementations and projects.
- Create project plans, engage stakeholders, and manage cross-functional relationships.
- Mitigate edge cases and ensure on-time project completion.
- Evaluate departmental performance through data and metrics analysis.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create implementation and communication strategies.
- Develop knowledge management resources, user workflows, and escalation pathways.
- Review plan documents and technical requirements for operational impact.
