  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements (preferred)
  • Master's Degree (preferred)
  • PMP or Program Management Certifications (preferred)
  • Lean/Six Sigma Certifications (preferred)
  • Healthcare industry experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end management of cross-functional implementations and projects.
  • Create project plans, engage stakeholders, and manage cross-functional relationships.
  • Mitigate edge cases and ensure on-time project completion.
  • Evaluate departmental performance through data and metrics analysis.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create implementation and communication strategies.
  • Develop knowledge management resources, user workflows, and escalation pathways.
  • Review plan documents and technical requirements for operational impact.
