Requirements

- 2+ years of experience delivering projects/programs independently and within a team environment
- Experience in a fast-paced operations environment
- Successfully executed initiatives: defined project plans, coordinated resources, managed implementation activities, and developed processes
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end management of cross-functional implementations and projects.
- Manage project plans, stakeholder engagement, and relationships to drive collaboration.
- Mitigate edge cases and ensure on-time completion.
- Evaluate departmental performance by gathering and analyzing data and metrics.
- Assist in the development of departmental metrics and mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create implementation and communication strategies.
- Ensure department readiness for new initiatives by reviewing technical requirements.
- Develop knowledge management resources, user workflows, and escalation pathways.
