Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as DevOps Engineer.
- Strong experience with infrastructure automation using Terraform and/or AWS CloudFormation.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Solid understanding of AWS security principles and best practices.
- Strong networking fundamentals, including subnetting, routing, load balancing, firewall rules, and VPN connectivity.
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Working knowledge of CI/CD principles and tools (GitHub Actions).
- Hands-on experience managing containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS).
- One or more AWS certifications preferred (DevOps Engineer Professional or Advanced Networking Specialty).
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement AWS cloud architecture leveraging services such as EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, ELB/ALB, EKS, and other AWS-native services.
- Provision and manage AWS resources using the AWS Management Console, CLI, and infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Develop and maintain automated deployment and provisioning of solutions using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
- Implement and enforce cloud security best practices, including IAM, encryption, and network segmentation.
- Monitor cloud environments for performance, availability, and cost optimization.
- Integrate cloud infrastructure with CI/CD pipelines leveraging GitHub Actions.
- Collaborate with development teams to translate application requirements into secure AWS solutions.
- Manage application deployments and releases using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS).
