Requirements
- Previous experience in a regulated environment
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong data management skills
- Proven experience with Docebo LMS
- Experience with HRIS / HCM systems
- Proficiency in Google Suite, especially Google Sheets
- Experience using Slack
- Experience with HiBob (desirable)
- Basic Articulate Rise experience (desirable)
- Genially experience (desirable)
- Familiarity with AI-supported workflow and process optimisation (desirable)
- Previous experience in a People Operations team (desirable)
- Experience supporting an associate workforce (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Review and maintain HRIS/Docebo integration
- Manage user groups, learning pathways, and assignment rules in Docebo
- Host and integrate internal/external digital learning (SCORM)
- Manage mandatory training schedules, certifications, and compliance reporting
- Schedule and support live learning and clinical CPD sessions
- Provide first-line learner support and system troubleshooting via Slack and email
- Manage learning communications and notifications
- Create and maintain support resources in Genially
- Maintain organisational knowledge management hubs and L&D intranet pages
- Provide operational insights to support team decision-making
