Requirements
- 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art.
- Hands-on experience with AI video tools such as Kling, Seedance, and Happy Horse.
- Understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines including prompting and consistency techniques.
- Proficiency with traditional editing tools like Premiere Pro or After Effects.
- Strong grasp of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and cinematic language.
- Ability to maintain character and scene consistency in AI-generated content.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience with ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, or AUTOMATIC1111 is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualise scripts based on current production needs and centred around existing AI characters.
- Create narrative-driven, longform video content, including stylized and explicit NSFW visuals.
- Own and manage end-to-end AI video production workflows, from ideation to final delivery.
- Utilise AI video models such as Kling, Seedance, and Happy Horse.
- Develop and maintain consistent character appearance and style across longer narratives.
- Integrate motion graphic design and colour correction for final outputs.
- Experiment rapidly with new AI models and techniques.
- Align with creative direction while maintaining autonomy in execution.
