Requirements
- 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art.
- Strong portfolio with AI-driven video work.
- Hands-on experience with AI video tools like Kling, Seedance, or Happy Horse.
- Solid understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines, prompting, and post-processing.
- Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar tools.
- Strong grasp of visual storytelling, pacing, and cinematic language.
- Ability to maintain character and scene consistency.
- Fluent in English.
- Comfortable working with uncensored models and explicit adult content.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualise scripts based on production needs and existing AI character IPs.
- Create narrative-driven, longform video content with a focus on storytelling and visual coherence.
- Own and manage end-to-end AI video production workflows from ideation to final delivery.
- Utilise AI video models such as Kling, Seedance, and Happy Horse.
- Develop and maintain consistent character appearance and scene continuity.
- Integrate motion graphic design and colour correction.
- Experiment with new AI tools and share techniques with the team.
- Align with creative direction while exercising technical autonomy.
- Refine workflows for efficiency and output quality.
