Requirements
- 3–5+ years of professional design experience with a focus on physical packaging.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Understanding of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and production considerations.
- Experience maintaining and elevating an established brand identity.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design visually compelling product packaging that reflects premium brand standards.
- Create packaging concepts and prototypes from initial idea through final production.
- Refine and iterate designs through stakeholder feedback.
- Analyze current packaging to improve cost efficiency.
- Coordinate multilingual packaging workflows and ensure content is incorporated correctly.
- Adapt packaging for international regulations and regional market requirements.
- Research consumer behavior, trends, and sustainable materials.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Marketing, and safety teams.
- Manage multiple projects and maintain organized assets and documentation.
