Responsibilities
- Lead qualified large deal pursuits from pitch through closure, driving significant revenue opportunities
- Serve as the voice of the customer, employee, and partner as solutions take shape
- Collaborate with service line leaders to embed experience design across all towers
- Facilitate client workshops, highlighting the importance of world-class experiences
- Protect WongDoody's scope within broader delivery frameworks, advocating through to final contracting
