Responsibilities

  • Lead qualified large deal pursuits from pitch through closure, driving significant revenue opportunities
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, employee, and partner as solutions take shape
  • Collaborate with service line leaders to embed experience design across all towers
  • Facilitate client workshops, highlighting the importance of world-class experiences
  • Protect WongDoody's scope within broader delivery frameworks, advocating through to final contracting
