- 8+ years experience as an MSL or in a similar role within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. 3+ years experience as a MSL working in the lung cancer disease state area.
Requirements
- Doctoral degree in scientific or medical discipline.
- 8+ years experience as an MSL or similar role in pharmaceutical or biotech.
- 3+ years experience as an MSL in the lung cancer disease state.
- Strong understanding of clinical research methodologies and drug development processes.
- Knowledge and experience within the oncology therapeutic area.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to analyze and synthesize scientific information.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Strong networking skills with KOLs and healthcare professionals.
- Willingness to travel up to 60% of time.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, healthcare professionals, and academic institutions.
- Communicate clinical and scientific data through presentations, educational programs, and discussions.
- Synthesize and communicate scientific insights from KOLs to internal teams.
- Provide scientific support for medical congresses, advisory boards, and other scientific engagements.
- Establish credibility as a scientific expert and resource for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with medical affairs, clinical development, and marketing teams.
