Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in relevant field preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of full-time professional experience in consulting or public sector delivery.
- Proven track record leading teams of early-to-mid career contributors.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex projects and programs.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Demonstrated comfort with GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini).
- Ability to apply AI capabilities to public sector or mission-driven contexts.
Responsibilities
- Manage project teams to ensure efficient project execution and healthy teaming culture.
- Lead problem solving sessions to identify root causes and develop solutions.
- Design stakeholder reporting including client reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Facilitate collaboratives through effective meetings and workshops.
- Build key relationships with senior stakeholders to cultivate trust and influence.
- Navigate multi-stakeholder engagements in complex environments.
- Support practice development and internal IP growth in Economic Mobility.
