Requirements
- 2-5 years of B2B SaaS or ERP sales experience (AE level) or 5+ years (Senior AE level).
- Proven track record hitting or exceeding quota on net new business.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (90-180 days).
- Strong outbound prospecting habits.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable presenting to C-suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Build own pipeline through outbound prospecting including calls, email, LinkedIn, and events.
- Run full sales cycle: discovery, demo support, business case, negotiation, and close.
- Engage C-suite decision-makers with insight-driven conversations.
- Maintain 3-4x pipeline coverage through disciplined prospecting.
- Collaborate with solution consultants and implementation teams.
- Maintain CRM records, pipeline stages, and forecasts.
- Represent company at NetSuite events and industry conferences.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly new logo quotas.
