Requirements

  • 2-5 years of B2B SaaS or ERP sales experience (AE level) or 5+ years (Senior AE level).
  • Proven track record hitting or exceeding quota on net new business.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (90-180 days).
  • Strong outbound prospecting habits.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable presenting to C-suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Build own pipeline through outbound prospecting including calls, email, LinkedIn, and events.
  • Run full sales cycle: discovery, demo support, business case, negotiation, and close.
  • Engage C-suite decision-makers with insight-driven conversations.
  • Maintain 3-4x pipeline coverage through disciplined prospecting.
  • Collaborate with solution consultants and implementation teams.
  • Maintain CRM records, pipeline stages, and forecasts.
  • Represent company at NetSuite events and industry conferences.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly new logo quotas.
