Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media content management, or a similar role.
- Strong writing and editing skills in both languages.
- Experience using AI tools for content research and creation.
- Proficiency with visual content tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, or Figma.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube native publishing tools.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a content calendar.
- Experience with project management tools, specifically Asana.
Responsibilities
- Transform approved scripts and video content into derivative assets including text posts, images, carousels, and stories.
- Use AI tools to research topics and adapt scripts into derivative content formats in English and Spanish.
- Generate content briefs from scripts and contribute to brief creation and script proposals.
- Write on-brand captions, copy, and calls to action.
- Publish content natively on social platforms.
- Present the scheduled content plan to the Creative Director for approval.
- Coordinate with video contractors to ensure timely asset integration.
- Apply SEO and AEO best practices to content.
- Manage content workflows in Asana.
