Requirements
- 10+ years professional experience
- 5+ years experience building production web applications
- 3+ years experience in a mentorship/leadership role
- Strong Node.js and TypeScript skills
- Advanced HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Hands-on experience with React and Next.js
- Experience with REST and GraphQL APIs
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with observability tools like Sentry or Grafana
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted or agentic coding tools
Responsibilities
- Propose and own technical architecture decisions
- Develop GraphQL and REST APIs and responsive front-ends using Node.js and React
- Contribute to multi-brand design system and Next.js-based web front-ends
- Scale SaaS shared services platform (identity, billing, licensing)
- Monitor application performance and lead incident response
- Lead team adoption of agentic engineering practices
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers via code reviews and pair programming
