Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree preferred.
- Experience as a Director of Nursing (DON) and MDS Coordinator (MDSC).
- Multi-site management or comparable healthcare experience.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- AAPACN certification.
- Deep knowledge of skilled nursing and assisted living industry regulations and reimbursement.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop educational materials, webinars, and social media content.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Experience with webinar platforms and digital communication tools.
Responsibilities
- Serve as trusted regulatory and operational advisor to skilled nursing and assisted living providers nationwide.
- Monitor, interpret, and communicate industry regulations, reimbursement updates, and emerging trends.
- Develop and deliver educational content including webinars, presentations, training materials, and videos.
- Create thought leadership content via social media, articles, and conference participation.
- Respond to client regulatory inquiries via hotline and email.
- Conduct regulatory research and provide guidance on evolving industry requirements.
- Perform medical record reviews, regulatory assessments, and onsite consulting visits.
- Analyze client data and prepare reports with actionable recommendations.
- Review consultant site visit reports for accuracy and quality.
- Collaborate with internal teams on product development and sales initiatives.
