Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the email marketing field.
- Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Klaviyo, Braze, Attentive, or other ESPs.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and SQL.
- Expertise in email scripting languages such as Ampscript or Jinja.
- Strong experience with hand-coding HTML and CSS for responsive email design.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong client-service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
- Code responsive email templates based on design files.
- Perform QA on HTML email files using Litmus, EmailOnAcid, or similar tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve rendering or deliverability issues.
- Generate and implement tracking codes for email campaign links.
- Work with marketing leads to define project scope and identify optimizations.
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices for accessibility and deliverability.
- Oversee deployment of email campaigns.
