Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred), Architecture, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in AEC or professional services.
- Strong capability in ICT, Network, and Wi-Fi technology disciplines.
- Proficiency in Autodesk (AutoCAD, Revit), Bluebeam Studio, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and GitHub.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects with minimal oversight.
- Experience contributing to design standards and documentation workflows via GitHub.
- RCDD certification (preferred).
- PMP, EIT, PE, or CDT certifications (plus).
- Strong understanding of project delivery workflows and client communication expectations.
Responsibilities
- Lead discipline design, coordination, and documentation efforts.
- Partner with project and group leads to ensure delivery consistency and project health.
- Mentor engineers and production team members through design reviews and technical guidance.
- Strengthen organizational systems by contributing to standards, templates, and documentation via Pull Requests.
- Monitor project financial performance, scope alignment, and schedule predictability.
- Engage with clients to cultivate relationships and support business development/pursuits.
- Perform QA/QC efforts to reinforce technical excellence and coordination integrity.
