Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred).
- 6+ years of experience in AEC or consulting environments.
- Experience with telecom/ICT, structured cabling, or low-voltage systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multi-discipline project portions.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam Studio, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and GitHub.
- Strong understanding of construction documentation standards.
- Experience with technical standards, QA/QC processes, or workflow improvements.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior staff.
- Communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead small to mid-scale telecom/ICT engineering projects through all phases.
- Develop and maintain coordinated technical deliverables, including layouts, specifications, and calculations.
- Manage scope, schedule, and budget alignment, identifying risks proactively.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for multi-discipline coordination.
- Mentor Designers and engineers, providing technical guidance and reviews.
- Improve internal systems, tools, and workflows, including GitHub contributions.
- Support client engagement and business development, including technical proposals.
