Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience in financial modeling and transaction execution.
- Experience in investment banking, private equity, private credit, or corporate development.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to build integrated 3-statement models.
- Understanding of transaction legal documentation and closing mechanics.
- Familiarity with various asset classes (Equity vs. Debt).
- Ability to articulate business stories and operational risks.
- Strong documentation skills for complex model logic.
Responsibilities
- Manage active deal flow and transaction timelines.
- Coordinate with external legal, tax, and accounting advisors.
- Oversee Virtual Data Rooms (VDR).
- Review Quality of Earnings (QofE) and commercial due diligence.
- Build driver-based 3-statement financial models from scratch.
- Perform valuations using DCF, comparable company analysis, and precedent transactions.
- Design sensitivity analysis frameworks and stress tests.
- Synthesize raw operational data into actionable business insights.
