Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Active state teaching license in Alabama, Wyoming, and/or Minnesota.
- Endorsement in CTE Health or Medical Science.
- Experience teaching in virtual and/or in-person settings.
- Confidence and engagement on camera for 5+ hours daily.
- Hands-on experience with online learning platforms and virtual instruction tools.
- Strong data literacy skills for instructional adaptation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and self-directed.
- Commitment to maintaining certification and staying current on K-12 best practices.
Responsibilities
- Deliver live, on-camera synchronous instruction for five (5) or more hours per day.
- Use student performance data to personalize instruction and identify learning gaps.
- Provide timely, meaningful feedback on student work.
- Maintain accurate records that keep students and families informed.
- Build genuine relationships with students and families through professional communication.
- Collaborate with school partners and colleagues to ensure high-quality support.
