Requirements
- BS degree in Computer Science, Applied Sciences, Information Systems, or other related engineering field
- 3+ years of industry experience designing & building fullstack software applications
- Expert in Python and/or Go skills
- Intermediate React, Redux, JS/Typescript
- Experience building features & components from scratch and operating them
- Open to following pre-established guidelines, coding practices, and conventions
- Experience working with distributed teams
- Proficient in asynchronous and written communication
- Able to leverage AI Developer tools such as Copilot, Claude, or Cursor
Responsibilities
- Design and execute software projects through conception, design, implementation, launch, and operation
- Provide guidance and mentorship for junior members of the team
- Collaborate with Technical Program Managers, Product Managers, and GTM teams
- Implement, verify, and iterate on customer issues and requests
- Raise the standard of engineering excellence by sharing knowledge
- Engage in professional development activities
- Contribute to the team's work within the first two weeks
