- Recommend and help book travel arrangements including hotels, resorts, cruises, flights, and activities
- Manage changes, cancellations, and special requests efficiently and accurately
- Maintain updated records of client preferences, bookings, and correspondence
- Collaborate with travel advisors and supplier partners to ensure seamless service
- Stay informed on travel trends, destination updates, and special promotions
