- 8+ years of experience in a presales or customer-facing role.
- At least 3 years experience with CIAM projects.
- 8+ years of development experience focused on application integration.
- 8+ years of experience working with REST APIs and SDKs.
- Experience with customer identity and access management solutions (Okta/Auth0).
- Experience with authentication or authorization protocols (OAuth, OIDC, SAML).
- Ability to communicate complex technical ideas and whiteboard solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to operate in a matrixed organization.
Responsibilities
- Support strategic customer conversations aligning with technical and engineering leaders.
- Lead deep technical Q&A discovery sessions for prospective customers.
- Deliver interactive presentations and custom product demonstrations.
- Whiteboard solution architecture for CIAM requirements.
- Design, build, and execute outcome-focused POCs.
- Provide strategic and technical guidance to Solutions Engineering teams.
- Collaborate with the Global Office of Field CTO to validate customer needs and trends.
- Deliver keynote presentations and technical sessions at industry events.
- Advocate for customer-driven innovation with product teams.
