  • 8+ years of experience in a presales or customer-facing role.
  • At least 3 years experience with CIAM projects.
  • 8+ years of development experience focused on application integration.
  • 8+ years of experience working with REST APIs and SDKs.
  • Experience with customer identity and access management solutions (Okta/Auth0).
  • Experience with authentication or authorization protocols (OAuth, OIDC, SAML).
  • Ability to communicate complex technical ideas and whiteboard solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to operate in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

  • Support strategic customer conversations aligning with technical and engineering leaders.
  • Lead deep technical Q&A discovery sessions for prospective customers.
  • Deliver interactive presentations and custom product demonstrations.
  • Whiteboard solution architecture for CIAM requirements.
  • Design, build, and execute outcome-focused POCs.
  • Provide strategic and technical guidance to Solutions Engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with the Global Office of Field CTO to validate customer needs and trends.
  • Deliver keynote presentations and technical sessions at industry events.
  • Advocate for customer-driven innovation with product teams.
