Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in an IT Systems Engineering role.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Okta (SSO, provisioning, workflows, ITGC/SOX controls).
- Proven experience building and maintaining automation with Workato or similar iPaaS platforms.
- Proficiency with REST APIs and Python for automation development.
- Experience administering Google Workspace including GAM and group/OU management.
- Experience implementing Identity & Access Management solutions.
- Strong understanding of IT security, corporate systems, and compliance/audit-ready processes.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and lead technical work autonomously.
Responsibilities
- Own, maintain, and optimize Samsara's Okta environments including SSO integrations and Okta Workflows.
- Design, build, and support integrations and automations using Workato.
- Administer and support Google Workspace including app and group configuration.
- Lead Identity & Access Management initiatives such as birthright provisioning and role-based access controls.
- Serve as primary IT engineering SME for StateRAMP/FedRAMP compliance controls.
- Provide Tier 3 escalation support for complex security-related IT incidents.
- Build and maintain technical documentation including runbooks and architecture diagrams.
- Partner with Security and GRC teams to strengthen infrastructure security.
