Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in a presales or customer-facing role.
  • At least 3 years experience with CIAM projects.
  • 8+ years of development experience focused on application integration with identity services.
  • 8+ years of experience working with REST APIs and SDKs.
  • Strong knowledge of authentication or authorization protocols (OAuth, OIDC, SAML).
  • Ability to communicate complex technical ideas and solutions.
  • Experience contributing to technical events.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed organization.
  • Experience with CIAM solutions (Okta/Auth0).

Responsibilities

  • Support strategic customer conversations aligning with technical and engineering leaders.
  • Deliver executive-level messaging and participate in strategic discussions.
  • Lead deep technical Q&A discovery sessions to uncover business requirements.
  • Deliver interactive presentations and custom product demonstrations.
  • Whiteboard solution architecture for CIAM needs.
  • Design, build, and execute outcome-focused POCs.
  • Collaborate with the Global Office of Field CTO to validate customer needs and identify trends.
  • Deliver impactful keynote presentations and technical sessions at events.
  • Contribute to frameworks, tools, and content for Solutions Engineering teams.
