Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a presales or customer-facing role.
- At least 3 years experience with CIAM projects.
- 8+ years of development experience focused on application integration with identity services.
- 8+ years of experience working with REST APIs and SDKs.
- Strong knowledge of authentication or authorization protocols (OAuth, OIDC, SAML).
- Ability to communicate complex technical ideas and solutions.
- Experience contributing to technical events.
- Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed organization.
- Experience with CIAM solutions (Okta/Auth0).
Responsibilities
- Support strategic customer conversations aligning with technical and engineering leaders.
- Deliver executive-level messaging and participate in strategic discussions.
- Lead deep technical Q&A discovery sessions to uncover business requirements.
- Deliver interactive presentations and custom product demonstrations.
- Whiteboard solution architecture for CIAM needs.
- Design, build, and execute outcome-focused POCs.
- Collaborate with the Global Office of Field CTO to validate customer needs and identify trends.
- Deliver impactful keynote presentations and technical sessions at events.
- Contribute to frameworks, tools, and content for Solutions Engineering teams.
