Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management or customer success within fast-moving B2B environments.
  • Deep understanding of commercial metrics including ARR, NRR, and expansion.
  • Ability to manage a large portfolio of accounts with rigor and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, specifically HubSpot.
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate insights into commercial actions.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Proven ability to operate in a cross-functional, collaborative environment.
  • A bias for action and a track record of driving process improvements.
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality customer experiences at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact for SMB and Enterprise business customers.
  • Manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
  • Drive retention and expansion targets with a focus on ARR and NRR metrics.
  • Build and iterate on the Business AM playbook to ensure scalability.
  • Translate product usage and adoption data into proactive intervention strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to share customer feedback and drive product improvements.
  • Design and execute high-impact onboarding programs for different customer tiers.
  • Manage renewal motions using signal-led methodologies.
  • Travel to visit key accounts as needed.
  • Define and measure success metrics for the Business AM function.
