Requirements
- Proven experience in account management or customer success within fast-moving B2B environments.
- Deep understanding of commercial metrics including ARR, NRR, and expansion.
- Ability to manage a large portfolio of accounts with rigor and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, specifically HubSpot.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate insights into commercial actions.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Proven ability to operate in a cross-functional, collaborative environment.
- A bias for action and a track record of driving process improvements.
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality customer experiences at scale.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for SMB and Enterprise business customers.
- Manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
- Drive retention and expansion targets with a focus on ARR and NRR metrics.
- Build and iterate on the Business AM playbook to ensure scalability.
- Translate product usage and adoption data into proactive intervention strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to share customer feedback and drive product improvements.
- Design and execute high-impact onboarding programs for different customer tiers.
- Manage renewal motions using signal-led methodologies.
- Travel to visit key accounts as needed.
- Define and measure success metrics for the Business AM function.
