Requirements
- University degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
- Advanced degree in a related field as an alternative to work experience.
- Experience in supply chain, procurement, supplier management, or related operations.
- Experience in the aerospace or manufacturing industry (preferred).
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP (preferred).
- Experience developing or improving standardized processes (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Drive on-time delivery performance by proactively managing supplier commitments and expediting material as needed.
- Support day-to-day procurement execution and delivery assurance activities for Pratt & Whitney engine programs.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve delivery risks and constraints.
- Provide a high level of customer service, ensuring clear communication and responsiveness to program needs.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including procurement, quality, engineering, and operations.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify risks and implement corrective actions to meet business objectives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including development and standardization of processes.
