Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B Marketing
  • At least 2 years focused on ABM or Field Marketing
  • Proven experience in Account-Based Marketing and/or demand generation
  • Strong understanding of B2B service company marketing strategies and buyer journeys
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data
  • Excellent campaign management and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally
  • Familiarity with the Learning & Development (L&D) industry is highly desirable

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute ABM and demand generation campaigns specifically targeting the L&D industry.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Marketing Leadership to identify, prioritize, and refine target accounts and buyer personas.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital platforms and owned assets.
  • Design and run synchronized ABM plays across channels.
  • Measure campaign performance, analyze results, and continuously optimize tactics.
  • Support alignment between Marketing and Sales teams.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Design teams to develop high-impact campaigns.
  • Write tailored communication assets such as emails, brochures, and landing pages.
  • Maintain and manage campaign data within CRM systems.
  • Ensure close attention to detail in campaign execution and reporting.
