Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B Marketing
- At least 2 years focused on ABM or Field Marketing
- Proven experience in Account-Based Marketing and/or demand generation
- Strong understanding of B2B service company marketing strategies and buyer journeys
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data
- Excellent campaign management and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally
- Familiarity with the Learning & Development (L&D) industry is highly desirable
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute ABM and demand generation campaigns specifically targeting the L&D industry.
- Partner closely with Sales and Marketing Leadership to identify, prioritize, and refine target accounts and buyer personas.
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital platforms and owned assets.
- Design and run synchronized ABM plays across channels.
- Measure campaign performance, analyze results, and continuously optimize tactics.
- Support alignment between Marketing and Sales teams.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Design teams to develop high-impact campaigns.
- Write tailored communication assets such as emails, brochures, and landing pages.
- Maintain and manage campaign data within CRM systems.
- Ensure close attention to detail in campaign execution and reporting.
