Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in finance, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Strong expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with SAP.
- Understanding of supply chain finance, inventory, and freight cost structures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial controlling and business partnering for global supply chain operations.
- Drive inventory and Days on Hand (DOH) management, including modeling warehouse and in-transit inventory.
- Oversee global freight cost forecasting, variance analysis, and burden recovery.
- Manage logistics allocations and financial controlling for distribution centers.
- Collaborate with procurement and operations to improve cost transparency and forecasting accuracy.
- Support global consolidation for supply chain spending, inventory, and freight.
- Improve financial systems, reporting tools, and internal controls.
