Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in sales, account management, or service roles within energy or data center infrastructure
- Experience negotiating complex service contracts and managing strategic customer engagements
- Sound understanding of electrical infrastructure, digital lifecycle services, and data center operations
- Experience working with cross-functional and cross-country teams in a matrixed environment
- Ability to communicate clearly and organize work across multiple stakeholders and regions
Responsibilities
- Translate global Data Center service go-to-market strategy into actionable regional and country-level plans
- Support negotiation and execution of major frame agreements with data center customers across North America
- Build and manage a collaborative regional sales network to enable cross-country coordination and shared execution
- Coach and mentor sales teams to build capability in data center service selling and strategic account management
- Coordinate management of multi-country customer accounts as unified portfolios with local execution
- Drive customer engagement plans and strategic discussions with hyperscale and enterprise clients
- Oversee pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, and budget adherence for the segment
- Promote adoption of standard tools and digital service models to support data-informed sales activity
