Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in utility services, industrial services, or related technical sectors.
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management.
- Experience selling UAS, drone services, or advanced technology-based solutions (strongly preferred).
- Understanding of enterprise and industrial sales cycles.
- Demonstrated ability to engage senior stakeholders in large industrial or utility organizations.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively (50%+).
- Technical degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Drive national revenue growth across the UAS Utility Services market.
- Lead sales strategy execution.
- Manage full sales lifecycle activities including prospecting, pipeline development, proposal creation, and contract negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industrial and utility clients.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to share best practices and support cross-selling.
- Oversee major account management activities using CRM tools.
- Support development of new service lines and expansion into emerging UAS markets.
- Ensure all contracts meet internal risk, legal, and compliance standards.
