Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in utility services, industrial services, or related technical sectors.
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Experience selling UAS, drone services, or advanced technology-based solutions (strongly preferred).
  • Understanding of enterprise and industrial sales cycles.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage senior stakeholders in large industrial or utility organizations.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (50%+).
  • Technical degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Drive national revenue growth across the UAS Utility Services market.
  • Lead sales strategy execution.
  • Manage full sales lifecycle activities including prospecting, pipeline development, proposal creation, and contract negotiation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key industrial and utility clients.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to share best practices and support cross-selling.
  • Oversee major account management activities using CRM tools.
  • Support development of new service lines and expansion into emerging UAS markets.
  • Ensure all contracts meet internal risk, legal, and compliance standards.
