- Minimum of 5 years of related underwriting or business development experience.
- Previous trucking or commercial auto experience is strongly preferred.

- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory (1-2 weeks per month).
Responsibilities
- Develops strategic marketing plans, considering agency strengths, competitors, and market conditions.
- Identifies and secures profitable new business opportunities in target markets.
- Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with key agencies.
- Educates agencies on product features, market placement, and effective selling techniques.
- Drives revenue growth by achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Conducts market research and competitive analysis.
- Prospect for New Agency appointments within assigned territory.
- Attend truck conferences throughout the year.
