Responsibilities
- Verify patient insurance eligibility using payer portals.
- Obtain prior authorizations for services and procedures.
- Manage inbound leads and convert inquiries into scheduled appointments.
- Conduct patient intake and ensure accurate demographics and insurance records.
- Confirm appointments and manage schedules via waitlists.
- Perform patient reactivation and follow-up activities.
- Manage incoming referrals and documentation.
- Provide administrative support using tools like Asana and Microsoft Teams.
- Support billing operations and financial follow-ups.
