  • Conduct patient intake and ensure accurate demographics and insurance records.
  • Confirm appointments and manage schedules via waitlists.
  • Perform patient reactivation and follow-up activities.
  • Manage incoming referrals and documentation.
  • Provide administrative support using tools like Asana and Microsoft Teams.
  • Support billing operations and financial follow-ups.
