Responsibilities

  • Verify patient insurance eligibility using payer portals.
  • Obtain prior authorizations for services and procedures.
  • Complete patient intake process and document in EMR.
  • Manage inbound leads and convert inquiries into scheduled appointments.
  • Confirm appointments and manage schedule optimization.
  • Perform patient reactivation and follow-up activities.
  • Manage referrals and administrative data tracking.
  • Contact patients regarding billing and outstanding balances.
