Requirements

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume tasks.
- Highly organized with strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Comfortable using multiple systems and learning new tools quickly.
Responsibilities
- Verify patient insurance eligibility using payer portals.
- Obtain prior authorizations for services and procedures.
- Complete patient intake process and document in EMR.
- Manage inbound leads and convert inquiries into scheduled appointments.
- Confirm appointments and manage schedule optimization.
- Perform patient reactivation and follow-up activities.
- Manage referrals and administrative data tracking.
- Contact patients regarding billing and outstanding balances.
