Requirements
- 5+ years of professional technical experience.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic reasoning frameworks (CoT, ReAct).
- Experience implementing prompt chains and iterative prompt refinement.
- Hands-on experience building agentic workflows (task routing, orchestration, etc.).
- Ability to design AI agents with tool use, API integration, and memory management.
- Knowledge of RAG-based agent systems (single and multi-agent).
- Understanding of AI agent evaluation and testing.
- Familiarity with multi-agent system design and architecture.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts.
Responsibilities
- Conduct 1:1 personalized video support sessions.
- Review student project submissions prior to calls.
- Prepare slide presentations for technical deep-dive sessions.
- Share use-cases for concepts to broaden student perspectives.
- Provide project walkthroughs outlining rubric elements.
- Host group Q&A sessions via Slack or video.
