Requirements
- 12+ years experience in Cloud Security, Identity and Access Management, or related domains.
- Proven track record in pre-sales leadership or consulting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience.
- Strong technical aptitude.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in operational planning and project management.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, manage, and develop a high-performing team of Solutions Engineers.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to enhance technical expertise and strategic thinking.
- Establish and maintain a collaborative team culture.
- Oversee and participate in high-impact customer engagements and strategic planning.
- Guide the development of customized presentations, demos, and POCs.
- Drive operational efficiency for pre-sales activities including RFPs and business cases.
- Partner with Product and Marketing to influence product direction.
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership to align technical strategies with revenue objectives.
